No Refund

  Dear Sir/ Madam,
  on May 24, the WORDPRESS automatically billed me for the domain mapping. However, the domain that I have used last year does not exist anymore. I have immediately clicked on the refund option (or smth like that) in the section ‘manage purchases’ and it was supposed to be refunded in 30 days, however it has not been refunded since then.
  Can you please check whether everything is correct and when the refund will take place.
