No refund

    So, let me get this straight. I don’t receive a refund for canceling a subscription after 30 days? I switched over from Squarespace in the hopes of learning WordPress, and it has taken me longer than 30 days (about 40 actually) to determine that it is not the right platform for me. It is too time consuming and less user-friendly, and just not what I need at this point in time and business. So I want to discontinue use until I have more time and need to use WordPress, and yet I am unable to receive a refund for the next 10.75 months of the service that I will not be using? Pretty poor customer model, and definitely does not make me want to ever return or recommend WP.

    I’m sorry you didn’t find out about the refunds policy till after the cancellation window. That’s very frustrating. You are correct. In order to claim a refund for a plan, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 30 days.
