No refund

    I have d.28.11 canceled my order with you. But I can see that you have today withdrawn the amount from my account. When do you transfer it back?

    I can confirm that we issued a full refund to you on 28 November. You can see the receipts for both your purchase and your refund here:

    What likely happened here is that your bank did not charge the card immediately when you purchased the upgrade, but instead they placed a temporary hold on the funds and only processed it a day or two later. The entry on your bank statement would only appear on the date they actually processed it, not on the day we charged your card.

    Likewise it might take a few days for the refund to also reflect on your statement. This typically takes around 10 business days, but it can take longer with non-US banks.

    Please follow up with your bank directly about this, as we have no control over their processing times or over how they display information on your statements.
