The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff)/. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Your refund was sent June 16.
Since it was sent the same day as the charge, it may have been processed by your credit card provider as a reversal, meaning the original charge may have simply been removed.
