    Hi there,

    Since you canceled your plan on the same day of the renewal, the refund that has been issued might’ve been processed as a reversal. This means that the original charge has been removed from your card’s statement.

    You can verify that with your bank by providing them with the transaction IDs that appear in both the original and the refund receipt.
