No Refund

    I ordered then immediately canceled my 10 gigabyte upgrade for my website: http://phantasmadventures.wordpress.com/

    I got my bank statement and discovered the 19.95 payment but did not get my refund? I repeatedly went to the site and asked for a refund but never got one. I am not using even a fraction of the free 3 gigabytes space and have no need for 10 gigabytes more.

    I tried using this website but it simply goes in circles. There is no button to cancel and clicking on any button to cancel simply returns me to the same page again.

    Upon further review it seems like the price was $20 and it was made to my website emeraldtablet.wordpress.com

    This is all very confusing because the information for the purchase is found in my phantasmadventures site not at emeraldtablet but the receipt says it is for the latter site.

    In any event I do not want this upgrade and neither website allows me to cancel the purchase.

    I’m seeing this as having been canceled and refunded.

    I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.
