No refund

On the 9th of November I have upgraded my blog to get rid of ‘wordpress” in it. However once I have upgraded I realised this was the wrong plan for me, so within 5 mins or so I have gone through the procedure of requesting a cancelation and refund, which has never arrived. Can’t find any support email hence posting here, perhaps someone can help…
