No refund after 7-10 business days

    I cancelled my services and requested a refund on the 10th of June which I have receipt of on my account.

    Customer support said it would take 7-10 working days to be refunded. As it has now been 14 days and no refund has been received, I am worried there is an issue as I cancelled because of some financial difficulties so the money is important to me.

    I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 2022-06-10. So you should be all set. And yes, assuming this is a US bank, I would think that the refund would have gone through by now.

    However, I also notice that the refund was processed the same day as the original charge. Sometimes when that happens banks will simply cancel the original charge rather than taking money out and then putting it back in. I’d encourage checking with your bank and seeing if that is what happened.

    Because from our end, everything looks correct and as if the payment was refunded.
