No refund after almost a month

On the 28th of Feb i requested to have a refund done but i still have not received any refunds as of yet. It has almost been a month now. (information redacted)

Our records show that we released $35.88 in a refund back on February 28th 2017. Typically refunds only take about ten days. Have you been in touch with your bank about this? Please inquire about any delays on their end.
Sometimes banks to odd things and do not actually mark the refund as such on the statement. They may simply reverse the original payment but not actually indicate that it has been done.
I am also double checking with our payment team about this and will post an update once I hear back from them.

I have checked my entire history of incoming and outgoing funds (as i get an SMS for each one. And there is nothing. As far as i know my bank has not delayed it but will have to go double check. But i don’t see why there would be a delay as there never has been.

Our payment team has confirmed that the refund was processed through to your bank. So, any delay now is within their system.
