No refund after email confirmation ?

    Confirmation by email for my extension refund doesn’t work… Why ? I received a mail that says I should follow the link to confirm my refund. Then a web page appears and says ” Do you confirme ?” (“Voulez-vous vraiment faire cela ?” in french) but there is no yes/no button.

    I’m sorry this is happening. Perhaps you are not running one of the browsers or versions of them found at http://browsehappy.com and need to upgrade there.

    If you are using an IE browser in compatibility mode please disable that mode. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view

    If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/

    (a) Try clearing your browser’s cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

    (b) You could also try changing browsers.

    I use Firefox (v. 37) and tried with Chrome (v. 42). Even after clearing my browser’s cache, there is always the same problem : there is no buttons to confirm my refund!

    I see two recent refunds on your account. One for the premium theme Bindery and the other for the domain pamir.be.

    Both of them have refund receipts available in your billing history:

    Since they were issued on April 7th, they should have appeared on your bank statement by now. Let me know if you any further help on those refunds.

    The only other upgrade on your account your domain lepamir.com . Auto-renew is not enabled for that domain so no further charges are expected. If you want to enable auto-renew, or manually renew that domain, you can do that here:

    But I see no other refunds possible on your account. Please let me know what other refunds you’re trying to access.
