no refund amount back yet for ecommerce plan that was cancelled on may 12,2021

  kindly process the refund amount back as soon as possible or give a fixed date when it will be processed + (I know it takes 10-15/20 days for this and days have already passed beyond those time frame)

  We processed your refund on 12 May. You can see the receipt with a transaction ID from our payment processor here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Please follow up with your bank and provide them with that transaction ID so they can check for the refund on their system. If they need a ARN number, let us know and we can send you that via email.
