No Refund for Canceled Domain Mapping

  I have canceled my domain mapping subscription of Aug 15, 2016 in less than 30 days from charge date but I see no refund on my credit card statement as of Sep 8, 2016.

  I can provide transaction info upon request.

  I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
