No refund for site domain name?
-
Yesterday I purchased a domain name from wordpress. I had two days to cancel. Today, after much frustration trying to redirect, I tried to get a refund for the name. The store said it was sending me an email to confirm. No email ever showed up. Now I have less than a day left. Is there anyway to contact support?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please check your email client spam filter as the email confirmation may be in it. I tagged this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
If you notify us within two days of purchase you may cancel a domain name purchased through WordPress.com and receive a full refund. After cancellation, there is no guarantee that the domain will become available to register somewhere else and you may not be able to get it back. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/cancel-domain/
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

If applicable also see http://en.support.wordpress.com/bundles/#canceling-a-bundleNote: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

Thank you for your reply. I have checked my junk folder. All I need is the confirmation link that WP said it had sent to me. I received one yesterday when I cancelled the $99 package.

once again, i am asking for the staff to send my confirmation email to cancel my domain. i have only a couple hours left before the 48 hours run out.

The timeframe is not a concern as you posted to the forum within the allotted time. Please be patient while waiting.

It looks like we have already refunded this for you.
The refund has left our account today, and depending on your credit card provider, can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
