No Refund for Upgrade Purchased 8 days ago???

  Hello,

  I cancelled the upgrade package I purchased and would like to get a refund. Your policy says that I can request it within 30 days, but the cancel and refund option isn’t on my upgrade page. I would like a refund.

  It appears that you’ve already registered your domain name. Domain names can only be refunded within 48 hours of purchase.

  However, I’d be happy to offer you a pro-rated refund for your other upgrades. Is that okay?

  It may take up to a week for the refund to be reflected on your statement.
