No Refund Initiatedr by WordPress, its been 18 days!

  I am writing to follow up regarding my refund request. It has now been 18 days, and I have not yet received the refund amount or any update on the status.

  I have checked with my bank as well, but there is no indication of any pending or processed refund.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
