no refund on my account after 2 weeks

  hello, I asked for a refund of my 99dollars last february 4, its been more than 2 weeks and I still dont see my 99 dollatr refund showing on my debit card. I am very sure of this because I know how much money was there before and after I made the plan purchase. Please do something about it. Thank you.

  Hi –

  Thanks for reaching out to us about the refund. I have double checked, and we released the $99 on February 3rd. It can take ten days or longer for refunds to process depending on the location of the bank.

  Banks are also known to do weird things, like not even list it as a “refund” line item in your statement. It is worth a call to them to inquire about any delays on their end and also how you can expect the refund to show on the statement.

  Note: if you used PayPal for the purchase your money would be refunded there.
