No refund or mail after 'Domain Mapping' cancellation
-
I’ll try to be brief. On 16th December I’ve got a mail with an information about ‘Domain Mapping’ purchase with a receipt. I have honestly forgot about that subscription and my blog at all. Nevertheless I canceled it the same day after I’ve got info about it, and there was a popup about canceling it and a refund. I didn’t get a mail about a cancellation, but I didn’t thought second about it, and thought it was just some kind of bug and there won’t be any problems with it.
But, it’s 28th and there is still no sight of refund or that mail and I’m kinda worried. I read everything on your pages and FAQ and all that and Domain Mapping cancellation period was 48h – I think I manage to do that in time, and yes, there should be a maila, but I didn’t get any.
I know, it’s kinda late to inform you about all this, but I thought that with Christmas incoming it things might get delayed and I waited patiently, but alas nothing came.
So… What happend? Can I get a refund after canceling subscribtion?

Hi there,
It looks like the refund never went through, but I’ve processed it now and it’s on its way. Refunds typically take around 10 business days to appear in your account.
You will also now see a receipt for the refund in your billing history with a transaction ID you can use to follow up with your bank should you not receive the refund.

Please let me know if you need any more help with this.

Everything is looking fine, the receipt is shown and I will be waiting for a refund.
I just wanted to say thank you for such a fast response and for taking care of it. I’m really grateful.
