No refund processed on cancelled domain mapping subscription

Hello there,
Around 10 days ago, or more, I incurred a charge on my Mastercard for the next year’s domain mapping subscription for a website which I no longer use – around $13, I guess.
Knowing that I had the option to cancel the subscription and ask for a refund, I, to my joy and relief, did so.
However, I haven’t got any refunds back to my card yet.

It looks like the domain mapping refund of $13 failed to trigger with your request. I’ve manually processed it now and it should reach you within ten days. Sorry about the delay, and thanks for getting in touch about this :)
