  hi My bank has deducted the money but has not received your refund

  A refund usually takes up to 10 business days. But mostly banks outside the USA do need a lot more of time.

  @keong88, there are two refunds on your account, one from 25th and another from 27th. As mentioned above, refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process it.

  Please give it some time and, if you do not see the funds back on your account after two weeks, get back to us, and we’ll share the refund number you can show in your bank so that they can locate the refund for you.
