I’ve just checked your account, and I can confirm that a full refund was issued from our end. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing
Note that your bank/credit card company may take some time (sometimes a full billing cycle) to show the refund. Some will remove the original charge from the statement instead of showing the refund as a separate transaction.
I’d suggest waiting another week and contacting your bank/card issuer to find out the status of the refund.
