No refund was issued

    Hello, after my site renewed on May 24th, I filled out the necessary information that day to have my account refunded and to cancel my subscription. I filled out all the necessary information and have not seen a refund issued to my account. What do I need to do to have my refund back. Does everything need to be shut down? I am not using this website and haven’t for years.

    Howdy,

    I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 2022-05-24. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.

    However, what might be happening in this case is that since the refund was requested the same day that the original charge was made, banks will sometimes just cancel the original charge instead of processing and then sending an actual refund. I would encourage you to check with your bank to see if this is the case.
