As I don’t see a modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could check the progress of the refund I have now added one.

Yes, it may get dealt with in time but whenever you want to make sure you’ve alerted staff to assist promptly then the thread really needs a modlook tag adding.

You can call any thread to staff’s attention by adding the tag modlook to the thread. Our Happiness Engineers work through all tagged threads every day, replying to oldest threads first. -
Hi @designankurkhatal, you cancelled just a few hours after purchasing, so we refunded the same day. Many card companies and banks will actually just void the entire purchase in a case like that rather than leaving it on your statement.
Can you double check with your bank or card company to see if that’s what happened in your case?

And thanks @themagicrobot and @sayali29. Tags like refund are helpful, but we don’t scan them on a daily basis. We do work through modlook several times every day, though, so use that tag and we’ll see the post. :)
