No refunds

Exactly 10 days ago I started the return process. Although they wrote by email that my money will be refunded within 7-8 working days, my refund has not been credited to my account for 10 days. When I did a little research, I saw that not only me but 100s of people had this problem. I expect a worldwide site that receives the money within seconds when withdrawing the money from our account, to act at the same speed when making a refund. I will go to court and file a complaint. When I going, I will take with me 100s of complaint messages written by the victims.

We processed your refund on the very same day you made your purchase. Due to this, your credit card provider might have treated it as a reversal, which means that the original charges may have been simply removed.
I’ve sent you an email with the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) for your refund. Your bank should be able to use this info to locate the refund for you.
