NO RENEW BUTTON

I follow the link from the expiry notification from my domain mapping, but there is no RENEW option. Someone else paid the original domain mapping, please advise how I can resolve before my update expires on April 24th!!!

I don’t see any transactions or upgrades on your account. You’ll need to be logged in as the account which owns the upgrade in order to renew it.
