No Renew button for domain in My Upgrades

  There is no renew button for the domain intergenerationalhawaii.org in the My Upgrades section. What do I do to renew the domain?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I wish to cancel my site and WordPress has no customer service to whom one can figure a way to connect with them to refund monies that they bluntly take out of paypal. How do people work with this system? How do you request any type of information if not writing into a box that leaves no answers. I need help to reverse my site. I want it canceled and I want my money refunded. You stipulate a grace period…Very frustrating!!

  Not only this but there is no contact us… where when one is in a situation like this – there is no voice and no face… absurd!!

  Actually, this post is not for raging against WordPress,com. I just need to know how to renew a domain without a “Renew” button.

  Posting into more than one thread and posting off topic into threads for assistance is absurd and only means your requests will fall between the cracks. Return to the thread tagged for Staff help at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/an-unauthorized-renewal-and-request-for-immediate-refund?replies=2 and stop posting anywhere else please.

  Oh no! This domain intergenerationalhawaii.org expired 20 days ago!

  Please contact the owner of this website and ask them to renew the domain. Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to view the site at this web address: intergenerationalhawaii.wordpress.com.

  NOTE: You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and renew any upgrade for the blog.

  That’s what I suspected. The original Admin must be contacted.

  Hi landapro, that is correct. There is another user who registered the domain intergenerationalhawaii.org.

  That user who will need to either renew that upgrade or request for it to be moved to your account so you can renew it.

  @landapro – if you do a whois on the domain name you will find some sort of contact info for the person that registered the domain name – internet rules require that –
