no renew button for my expired domain.

we accidentally let our domain lapse and now we need to renew it, but there’s no renew button. It said to contact customer support if there was no renew button…. how can we renew our domain so that our site is visible at the proper URL again? We are a grade school who’s term is coming to an end and we have lots of content to share with parents, so this is becoming very time sensitive for us :p
