no renew button in my upgrades

  I need to pay for a new domain hosting fee but there is no ‘renew’ button when I try to renew it in the My Upgrades page. Another user had previously paid for my domain subscription.

  The person that purchased the domain registration originally is the account that can renew it – for you to renew it they would need to transfer the upgrade to your account – the domain registration expired some time back so you will also need staff help to renew the domain name.

  There are no domains registered under cederguy.

  You need to be logged in as the owner, ramboestrada, to attempt renewal.
