No renew button on domain that expired 6 Oct

We have a subdomain set up for our blog. The subdomain is blogmobile.itude.com
On the settings screen it says the domain entry has expired per 6 Oct 2013 and i need to renew. However there is no renew button.The subdomain is owned by us and registered at TransIP in the Netherlands.
The url http://blogmobile.itude.com still works.Please let me know if i need to pay and if so, how?

You need to be logged in as the EXACT account that purchased / owns the upgrade to renew it. Is there a different account you might have used to purchase the Sub-Domain Mapping Upgrade ?

That was it.
I was using an admin account, but not the one that purchased the upgrade. Changed to the account that purchased the original upgrade and then i could renew.
