No "renew domain" button. Domain expiring in 3 days. Please help.

The domain name speakeasyohiou.com at speakeasyohiou.wordpress.com needs to be renewed, it expires in 3 days, I have no clue how to renew it because there is no “renew subscription” button in the “My Upgrades” tab or anywhere else — I think it’s because our old credit card expired and we need to renew with a different card.
Can you please please get back to me ASAP? I need help, we’re a student pub starting an important year out and we need our site running.

Also, I guess the button would just be “Renew Now” as found in this support document. Still, it hasn’t appeared yet.

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade to access the blog and renew the upgrade >Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

Thank you so much! Turns out that main acct is registered to our last main editor despite the fact that my acct is an admin and all.
If I want to transfer ownership of that acct over to mine, where should I start and what info do I need?

Okay so here’s the situation.
To register a username account here one provides an email address and that email address becomes the unique identifier for the username account. All blogs registered while logged in under that username account are registered to that username account.
There is a means of transferring that account to another username account. The owner of the blog ie. the person with the username account who registered the blog must add the other username account as an Admin of the blog first, and then follow the guide to transfer the blog to their username account.

excuse me, *transfer ownership of the site to me. Not transfer ownership of the person’s acct. I just want to be able to renew the subscription from an acct that is not the ex-editor’s.
Let me clarify: username B2 used their credit card to start the subscription for the site. B2 is no longer around to work with us but can transfer the subscription over to my acct, B3. How do I transfer the subscription of the site to acct B3 so that I can pay and renew the site?

I would still love for a staff response to make sure that is the correct thing we need to do, however.
