  Hi,
  I do not wish to renew my wordpress account for My maths hero which is due to renew tomorrow. Can you please ensure this doesn’t happen?

  @hharpersarah, I don’t see any upgrades at all on this account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.

  If you don’t know what address that is, try commenting on one of your posts. In most cases, you’ll get an email notification at the correct address.
