No reply emails for comments

My new followers are complaining because they are not receiving reply emails even after checking the box to be emailed replies. How do I fix this?

None of them. They will click the box that says to notify of new comment though emails. One example is Ladies of the Gym. The one myst is talking about it there but she commented on Outwit yourself. Rody…tested it for me because he was my friend. He was the one I asked about the inbox. He commented on Becca-ism # 582.

That is entirely possible.
Please try disabling that.
If that doesn’t solve the problem, try temporarily disabling all but Jetpack.

I did try disabling it yesterday and nothing changed. Jetpack, if disable it can I reload it? I use it for so much.

Okay I disable it. Had a friend make a comment (it looked different and no box to check if they wanted a reply email) and I replied. He didn’t get an answer.

No, don’t disable Jetpack, since that’s what provides the comment subscriptions.
Instead, temporarily disable every plugin except Jetpack.

And you definitely subscribed to a new thread and waited for someone else to add a comment there?

I am not sure what you’re asking. I didn’t post anything new. I had someone comment on something I had already post and then I replied. They had not commented on that one before.

Ok, the only way to be sure that deactivating plugins made any difference is to:
1. Deactivate all plugins except Jetpack.
2. Have someone subscribe to a new post with comments (one they haven’t subscribed to yet).
3. Have someone else comment on that post.
If they receive the reply via email, then disabling the plugins worked, which means that one of the plugins was conflicting.

Okay I posted we tried it same result with only jetpack activate. Please let me know if I can reactivate my others. I am heading to bed. Hope to hear from you soon. I would love to have this resolved. People are not coming back because they are not receiving their comments. I appreciated your help.
