No reply from Happiness Engineers

    I asked a time sensitive question on the WordPress Happiness Engineer chat on October 5 and it is now October 9 and I still have not received a reply.
    With the two business plans I have purchased, there was a contracted support clause that is not being met (certainly no communication that the support mechanism may be under maintenance etc).

    I am experiencing the same issue. I reached out for support on September 25th and didn’t receive any communication until October 8th. It’s absolutely insane.

    Similar situation, no reply for days, not solving prolemas, deleting chat history, this is a very poor/bad customer service. Some manager/supervisor should take a look at it soon.
