No reply from WP to date….

    Hello,

    I explained to you all in support over a month ago that this was an emergency. Someone from WP sent me back a private message and said that I would receive a coupon code in my email for a free deluxe, most premium featured Word Press due to extenuating circumstances that I explained in full. To date, I have not received one reply from support regarding this matter. Would you please send the coupon code or give me a regular email to reply to with a fuller explanation please?

    Are you sure you contact wordpress.com? This is the first topic you ever posted and wordpress.com doesn’t have a ‘deluxe’ plan … from what email was this send? Mind only (email visible only to moderators and staff) are send from our platform.

    staartmees, It’s best that we don’t ask for email addresses and personal information in the public forum space. Adding the Modlook tag is sufficient since we can investigate the entire support history, including interactions with our team outside of the forums.

    Thanks for getting in touch. I’ve reviewed the account that you used to post here in the forum. Looking at that, the last email we received from you was in August, about 8 months ago. Do you think the interaction that’s mentioned could’ve been done from a different user account? If you could let me know what site is involved that will help us find the account and get the coupon to the right email address. We need the URL or domain.

    You’ve probably already done this, but I always suggest looking in the spam and promotional folders of your email, and even doing at search for @wordpress.com as that’s what the sending email would end with.
