No reply to my questions for 4 days.

    Hi I have no reply to my ticket and need my domain access sorted as I have no website and email. Can you see my other ticket please ? Site : Joseph-Devlin.com ?

    Hi there,

    We are not able to reply to your email support ticket, as your WordPress.com account email is connected to your expired domain, so you won’t currently be able to receive any replies from us there. Before we can communicate with you via email, you’ll need to update your WordPress.com account email address to one that is currently active:

    Additionally, the jd111117 account that you’re using to contact us does not own any domain upgrades on WordPress.com at all.

    The domain, joseph-devlin.com, belongs to a completely different WordPress.com username account, associated with a different email address. You need to be logged in as that account in order to renew you domain, which expired on 28 April already.
