No reply to query

4 days ago I put a query in a forum under Downloads and have had no reply.
I believe there is something called tags to force a reply but do not know what they are or how to use them.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Stupidity? You have sent me an email on this, and that you will send more, I do not want emails (only WP insists that I name one), but without a reply and still no reply, and I want a reply!!!!!!
How can I get a reply either from a member or a moderator or a staff member? There is something about tags but I do not understand what they are or how to use them. -
Perhaps no one replied because they (like me for example) didn’t understand your earlier question when you said:

To download one must first visit the site and then click on the link

Correction (to what you added). Site, not blog.Are you talking about torahtextmakesenseofit.wordpress.com or some other site? People can view WordPress.com sites in the Reader without their views adding to the stats. If you wish to receive assistance from a member of staff for a site hosted here add the word modlook to the tag box here on the right.

How can someone view a site in the Reader? And how can they do it without their views adding to the stats? If so, the stats are meaningless! -
