  Hi I am writing to express my concern regarding the support I have received. I have encountered an issue with my website that has remained unresolved for over a week, despite multiple attempts to seek assistance. Unfortunately, the responses I have received have been delayed, often irrelevant, and have not addressed the problem.

  It appears that support prioritizes users on paid plans. This has made it extremely difficult for me to resolve my issue in a timely manner.

  I would appreciate prompt and effective support to address this matter.
