No response from email and chat support is turned off?

    Hello,

    I’ve been a WordPress customer for years and have a Pro account. But I’m still waiting for a reply to a message I sent 8 days ago and the chat support seems to be permanently off.

    I’m starting to get concerned. Is anyone else experiencing this? Thanks.
