No response from live chat support.

I am on business plan that I paid annually. NOT CHEAP and I have yet to receive a response from live chat support for over 4 days. I keep asking for a response daily but to no avail. PLEASE REPLY.

I’m in the same boat. I’m on 6 days without getting to talk to a human and my website is a jumbled mess despite having the business plan for access to live chat to fix it. If you figure out how to get a response, let me know. I’m not sure WordPress will be possible to use for my website and most regular people without help from support.
