No response from so-called WordPress “happiness” engineers!

I am on a paid subscription from WordPress.
I created a support ticket and was told that their so-called “happiness” engineers would respond within 24 hours.
They closed my ticket and sent me a survey without writing a single word!

Your account jenniferstranden is only a few minutes so you couldn’t create a support ticket 24 hours ago.
To get support you must be logged in to the account that’s on a paid plan.

Please log back in to the relevant account and post here. That way forum support staff would be able to check what may have occurred. Thanks.

No, I do not work for WordPress.com. See the word “Member” next to my and your usernames? If I was staff, it would say “Staff”. I am a forum volunteer.
You still haven’t given the username involved on the support ticket you mentioned was closed without response. As such, I’ll go ahead and flag your thread for forum staff for you. Cheers.

It doesn’t work that way. As I mentioned in my reply, I flagged your thread for staff. Every reply you make pushes your thread further down in their queue. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
