No response from Support

I submitted a request for assistance three days ago and received an email response that assured me that I will be hearing from them ‘soon’. That hasn’t happened yet. How long does it take for someone from support to follow up with me on my problem. Changes that I make to my pages and posts are no longer being published.

  • Good Morning Jim –

Thanks for writing to us. I’ll be glad to take a closer look at what’s going on with the changes not saving. Please share an example or two of a page/post where this is happening.

I do see that my colleague replied to another post that was made for us in the forums.

After reading your original email to us it seems that there was a plugin which needed disabled, and you did that. Which plugin was this? I want to take a closer look at the plugins and back end of the site as we work through this together.

Here are some good, rule of thumb, tips for plugin management and troubleshooting.

I’ll drop a note on the email with a link to this interaction incase you don’t see my reply here. The email queue is backed up at the moment and I think you’ll get faster help if we keep the conversation in the forums. Be well. Enjoy your day!

This is how I changed my FAQ page to look:

Do You Have Additional Training and Abide by a Specific Ethical Standard in Addition to the Requirements of Your License?

Yes.  I am a Senior Claim Law Associate, and I am a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA)

All public adjusters who are licensed to represent claims in Missouri are required to know and comply with Missouri insurance laws, but it takes more than passive compliance to successfully overturn improper denials from insurance companies and turn their underpayments into fair settlements.

For those reasons, I have added special formal education to my training and experience and have achieved the designation of Senior Claim Law Associate (SCLA) to enhance my skills and ability to serve my clients.

As a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA), I am held to the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics, ensuring that my clients receive the best possible service. NAPIA is the oldest and most esteemed organization in the public adjusting profession.

That is how it shows on my Edit Page and that is what I published. When I preview the change from my Edit Page, it shows these changes. However, if you go to my FAQ page, you will find the older version with no reference to NAPIA.

I went back a week and restored my 8/27/23 files. It still does not publish my updates.

Here is how my Edit Page looks, which does not match the site:

Having Missouri licensed Public Adjuster James H. Bushart on your side can make a difference with your insurance claim.

    James H. Bushart, PA, SCLA

James H. Bushart, Public Adjuster LLC

    Who I Am.

My name is Jim Bushart, and I am the Missouri licensed public adjuster you will speak to when you call.  I have been adjusting claims for insured Missouri business and homeowners since 2012 and, prior to that, I was a command level paralegal in the U.S. Air Force, a government claims examiner, and a building inspector/code enforcer.  Additionally, I am a Senior Claim Law Associate and a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA).

    What I Do.

Whether it’s fire, water, wind, hail, or any other type of loss, I can help you with the complex and confusing process of dealing with your insurance company and getting the compensation you deserve, particularly when your claim has been denied or underpaid, including denied claims that used reports from engineers to support the denials

I reopen closed claims that were denied or underpaid, turning amounts from zero or only a few hundreds of dollars into final payments of hundreds of thousands of dollars after a thorough investigation of all the facts and the use of correct and effective interpretations of policy coverage language.

I have also reviewed claims and informed policyholders when the decisions made by their insurance company were correct and reasonable, and I will explain to them why.  Sometimes, but not always, insurance companies get it right.  When they do, I’ll tell you.

    How I Can Help You.

Over the last decade, I have earned the trust of policyholders, contractors, and attorneys who used me to achieve fair and reasonable settlements of insurance claims without lengthy and expensive litigation for themselves as well as their clients.

My successful experience, education, and training provides me with the knowledge and skills necessary to correctly interpret and apply insurance policy language and requirements to damaged Missouri private and commercial structures.

Rather than simply settling on a “middle ground” compromise between two estimates, I have developed and use a technique that is unique among public adjusters; one that results in full payments that address the full cost of restoring damaged property to its pre-damaged condition, instead of lowballed or “ballpark” estimations made by insurance adjusters.

It is important to know that not every insurance claim requires hiring a public adjuster; however, when unfair treatment by your insurance carrier is strongly suspected or confirmed, or when your claim is complicated and difficult to correctly present, I can help you.

Call me to discuss your claim to see if I can assist you.

Free Telephone Consultation with a Licensed Public Adjuster for Missouri Policyholders

When you call me, you are not dialing an “800 number” that will be answered out of state.

Your contact information will not be collected and sold to a public adjuster network.  I answer my own phone when you call, I am licensed only in Missouri, and do not adjust claims for policyholders outside of Missouri.
