No Response from Support in 3 Days – Need Help ASAP Media Not Displaying

I purchased Premium last week, and contacted the human support chat over 3 days ago for help, and I still haven’t received any replies or help at all.
I’m experiencing 2 issues that are making WordPress totally unusable for me
1.) None of the media I upload (png/jpeg/etc) is displaying when I try to use it in site editor — just shows up as a blank thumbnail. I use NO plugins, I’ve cleared my cache, file permissions should be ok since I’ve had NO issues with this media in the past. Furthermore, the media displays in my media library only in WP’s current “default” view — in the “classic” view, all the media is grayed-out and unavailable (though the empty gray thumbnails still show).
2.) Even though WP says my site is “launched”, the url just takes me to a GoDaddy “coming soon” page.
I successfully transferred this domain name from GoDaddy (where I purchased it) to WP last week. I approved the transfer manually, and DNS servers point correctly to WP.
I am most concerned about the inaccessibility of WP support — Even though I paid for a plan that says it offers 24/7 support, I have been unable to get a reply from ANYONE. The AI option doesn’t understand my problem, and I can’t find any answers online for this specific issue that I haven’t already tried. Can someone please help me out here?? Would be very grateful!

According to https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/https://adventurelostmusic.com your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com, only the domain is registered through wordpress.com
Buying a paid plan won’t give you help for a site running on another platform; we can only help if your site is running on the wordpress.com platform.

What does this mean? Why isn’t my site running on WordPress.com? How do I get it to run on WordPress.com if it’s not already?
How could I be able to use the “site editor” and literally be building the website using WP themes on WordPress, and it’s NOT running on WP? I don’t understand. How do I get this to work, what do I do?
Also — since I posted in this forum … my support request is now showing unavailableand seems to have disappeared. It’s saying “couldn’t load messages”. Did WP refuse my support request? -
Update — on my domain settings in WP, it says I need to “point to WordPress.com nameservers” — but when I click it, my settings ALREADY show I’m pointing to WordPress nameservers, and have been since 3 days ago.
Additionally — all my new support requests with WP are disappearing shortly after I submit them. No replies still. -

I replied to the open support request. It’ll show up on your WordPress.com dashboard and be emailed to you if you don’t see it within a while.
I wanted to clarify that @staartmees mentioned your site wasn’t on WordPress.com because your domain was still pointing to an external host. So, when he used the Site Profiler he linked to, it showed adventurelostmusic.com was an external website.
The domain now points to your WordPress.com site, and I’ve responded to the issues you mentioned in your message.
