No Response from Support! Urgent | Cards being fraudulently used on my site

I am getting a bunch of orders on my site which look to be fraud transactions, a bot or something going through trying credit cards. Successful payments are all Pay Pal. I have had no response from support despite being on the paid plan for support. I have upgraded and checked all plugins are on the latest versions or removed from my site. I don’t know what else I can do to stop these from happening while I wait for any kind of response from a happiness engineer. I don’t even know how to take my site down or if that will even make a difference. Very scary and very disappointed in the lack of support I’m getting during this critical time.
