No Response from WordPress.com Support Despite Premium Plan

Hi everyone, I’m a Premium Plan subscriber on WordPress.com and I’ve been trying to contact support since August 1st, 2025. I sent a polite email and tried reaching out via live chat and mobile, but I haven’t received any response. What’s more concerning is that my email address (ellyafriani at indohollandtours dot com) seems to be blocked—messages are not going through, and chats are instantly closed when I mention it.I’m still able to log in and publish new posts on my blog, so my account seems active. But I’m really frustrated and confused about why I’m being ignored.My blog is: (www.ellyafriani dot blog) . I’ve been writing travel reflections and cultural stories for years, and I rely on WordPress.com to keep my work online.Has anyone else experienced this kind of issue recently? I checked your account, and we’ve been replying to your messages — the last response was sent on Monday, September 12. If you haven’t seen it yet, it may have landed in your spam or junk folder, so it’s worth checking there.You also mentioned that your email address might be blocked. Could you clarify if you mean:
- You’re unable to contact us via email (your messages to support don’t seem to go through), or
- You’re having trouble sending/receiving emails with your site’s subscribers?
