No response from WordPress staff regarding incorrect feature displays

How long are wordpress staffers suppose to take responding to requests? I’m experiencing the same problem of incorrect feature display of my postings even after forwarding screen shot examples, and answering numerous questions to their attention (as per advise of Timethief) with subsequent follow-up reminder of their non responsiveness yet.
