No response on email for 3 months and community forum post about this was delete

Hello –
I was a member of the paid version of WordPress, and therefore, I was expecting responses via live chat and email from an agent. I contacted WordPress more than 15 times and still have not received a response regarding my website in over three months.
I believe my Website has been hacked and I was getting in touch to alert the WordPress team, since my website was down I couldn’t continue business as usual. This was an urgent matter but I couldn’t get through to the team.
More than that, I reached out to the community but it has since then been deleted. It almost like I am being silenced here.
I have tried to submit to forums through my website backend but again “something went wrong” when I clicked send. I’m here now as a last resort to get this sorted but my experience with WordPress so far as been appalling.
WordPress, what is going on?
