Hi Alfonso. You are you are in the wrong forum.
This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.comWordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum.

@galois … noted … but I don’t speak fluent Spanish – so if the user cannot understand English, which is very possible then he or she will need to post the question in Spanish forum, in order to receive the same answer you posted, in Espanol. Ie he or she may not understand your reply.

It’s a best case scenario when we make sure where the blog is hosted before responding in threads. That’s why we often ask for the URL when it is not provided.
