no section to add a page title

  Hi

  my dashboard under pages> add new> does not have a section to add the page title such as “home” “contact” and thus i cannot save or publish without actually creating blocks.

  Is this a bug while it was installing?

  I am using elementor and oceanwp basic will go to pro but not right now.

  Has wordpress changed the layout for their “add page” section

  All I see is a plus sign to add a block without the page title section.

  Please post the screenshot if you can.

  The page title section should say “Enter title here” above the area to add a block when you first create a Page within the Dashboard
