No Settings Tab / Change Site Title

  I would like to now change the site title (not the blog address), but I have no Settings tab on the left hand side. My Tools options are also very limited. What am I missing? I don’t even think I can change the theme. Just seems like tons of admin options are missing.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Does anyone else have access to the dashboard of that blog (with other usernames)?

  BINGO! I had made my username and password so similar to another user login that I used the wrong one and that one did not have the privileges. I had thought of that, but I had to dig for the other credentials before I realized what happened. Thanks so much!
