No 'Sharing' Capability under Settings

My blog doesn’t have the sharing capability on it–where, when I post something, it automatically posts to social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and Tubmlr. I have this capability on another wordpress blog I work for, but not the other one. How do you get the sharing capability?
