No sharing option on my settings menu

  Hello… I don’t have this sharing option on my settings menu:

  How do I publicize posts to Twitter and/or Facebook? Do I have to install a plugin of some kind?

  Is the blog in question the one linked to your username?
  If not please post an active links starting with http:// to the blog in question.
  Are you and Admin on the blog in question? See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/
  Is the privacy setting on the blog in question “public” or “private”? http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
